If you work for a non-profit business and they dont pay you ? .?

a group of us worked for this new company and they did not pay us. Its been 30 days and the first time they said that our paper work was late and we had to wait for next time period. It that time and we still do not have our pay checks. Its also a nonprofit business too. what to do and who to report this to.
