I have been interning at a nonprofit organization for almost for years?

Yes, almost 4 years in August. It was for my undergrad and now Grad. I ran 2 programs totally by myself, created a lot of things in this organization, also a lot of money I put into the programs for my clients needs. (I receive workstudy $354. biweekly) Now here is the question I will receive my MSW in Dec. My boss said if they get the grant I have a job, as a matter of fact he said he thought of me when applying for the grant. A reliable source told me that he put a salary donw for me at $35,000 with benefits. I do not like that at all! Can someone please tell me what I should do when the time come and I am offered that job?
