Kellogg Part time MBA?

Hi. I scored 600 on my GMAT(40Q, 33V). I am targeting the Kellogg school of management and the booth school of business part time(Evening) MBA programs. I do not intend to go to school full time. I have over 8 yrs progressive experience. 5+ of which have been in the nonprofit sector. I have done international IT consulting in the middle east and Africa. I have a bachelors and a masters degree in computer engineering(GPA for both 3.67) and have reasonably increasing roles. My demographics are probably a disadvantage. I am a citizen of India and male. I have decent extra curriculars and have good reco letters. What are my chances?
