I am starting a non profit organization to Help Struggling moms. How do I get started?

The nonprofit is going to be called Generation Moms to assist struggling moms with resources from diapers, to groceries, to clothes. I have several visions for Generation Moms, but i have no experience in non profit and all the rules, and how to get started. Any advise, opinions would be great. Thanks.
