What is the Russian female translation for 'I am loved'?

Nikolay's translation is correct, but we really don't say it. When someone want to say, that the girl is loved by her boyfriend, husband etc., we'll say 'He love her very much', not 'she's loved' because it sounds strange. More common phrase is 'ее очень любят' - 'she's loved by someone', but it's not what you want as a tattoo. Really, when we want to say something with such meaning, we probably use the word happy: she is so happy, she must be in love. So you really have to use nikolay's translation or try to find a better phrase.
