Starting a dog rescue, what do I need to do?

You're not old enough to start a legal rescue. You must be 18 to sign any contracts with the government. It's almost the same as running a business except you get more funding and make ZERO money for yourself. You're better off volunteering for a rescue that is already up and running. You can foster dogs or cats until they find new homes. I do this and it is very rewarding. You save pets from the shelter and give them a few extra weeks to find a loving home.
