Guys, what would you think of your gf in this situation?

Let's say she was really involved in a project with a nonprofit 5 years ago to help provide a poor village in Senegal with safe drinking water. She and you are on a date at a restaurant and she was approached by a girl, and she said she recognized her from the project 5 years ago. She thanks your gf saying that she is now attending college in the US because her efforts for giving her village clean water allowed her to finish her education in Senegal and was able to come to the US to become a doctor and will later go back to help the sick in her village. What would you think of your gf after hearing this?
