Do I need a liscense,permit,or anything to do this?(please read on)?

I am wanting to create a website where I can sell some horse drawings and with the proceeds I get all of it will go to local horse rescues as a donation. There fore being nonprofit. The website will also promote these horse rescues. Do I need like any kind of liscense or permit to do this(because I am selling stuff)? I know nothing about this. Im 13 years old.
